  • Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships.

    Standard orders: 3–5 business days before dispatch.

    Pre-order items: 14–30 business days before dispatch.

    If an item is pre-order, the product page will say so. Read the details before you fall in love.

  • Tracking numbers are dispatched via email once the archive leaves our facility.

  • Shipping time starts after your order has been dispatched.

    U.S.: 7–15 business days in transit.

    International: 7–18 business days in transit.

    Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

  • Orders $69+: Comped (Free).

    Under $69: $6.99 Flat rate.

    Precision in ordering is your responsibility.

  • Accuracy is mandatory.

    Once dispatched, the risk is yours.

    Returned packages due to incorrect data will incur re-shipping fees.

  • Marked "Delivered" but missing?

    Verify with neighbors or local couriers.

    After 24h, it becomes a shared mystery we'll help solve.

  • For EU Brats: VAT is prepaid.

    No surprise charges. Just open it and look cute.

  • Non-EU: Import duties and taxes are your sole responsibility.

    We play by the rules; we don't play politics.

  • 14 days to request. After that, it’s yours forever.

    Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and returned with tags attached.

    Non-Refundable: Final sale items, accessories, and anything with even a micro-trace of wear — makeup, scent, damage, wash marks, or removed tags — cannot be returned.

    We only accept pieces in their original, untouched condition.
