RETURN PROTOCOL
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, untouched state.
THE TIMELINE
Request: Within 14 days of delivery.
Ship-back: Within 7 days of return authorization.
Returns shipped outside this required window may be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.

CONDITIONS
To be accepted, the piece must be:
• Original: Tags attached.
• Pure: Unworn, unwashed, no scents.
• Clean: Zero makeup marks or traces.
FEES
• Change of mind: Shipping is your responsibility.
• Our mistake: We cover the cost.
• Pre-shipment cancellation: Full refund.
THE PROCESS
1. Tracking Required: No tracking, no refund. We need to know where it is.
2. Timeline: 5-7 business days for inspection after arrival.
3. Exclusions: Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
